My husband has bought 2 cars here so when it was time to buy mine it was the only choice. They were so good to me and Terry went above and beyond he made us feel comfortable and even included my 10 year old in a conversation. Was genuine and kind and gave my son a Darth Vader electronic mask, said he had it for years and was waiting for the right person to give it to. Wonderful car I bought, and also my husbands cars. I love my new Cadillac. I have to honestly say I have never had an experience like this. Terry ruined the "Used Car Salesman's" reputation. He WASN'T rude, pushy, loud, obnoxious or full of BS. I stopped today just to look at a car. I had talked to Terry previously months ago.With in two hours Terry had me out the door with the car I was only going to look at. I had to get into a work truck fast. The salesman Jimmy Francis made the car buying process quick and painless. One quick phone call and he found me exactly what I needed and right on time. I would recommend this place because its professional with an at home atmosphere. Unlike my last car buying experience, where they trade you from one person to the next and every one has something they want to up sell you on. Bought a 2012 Chevy Colorado pickup, Jimmy made everything come together painlessly, even took my dinosaur 1996 as a trade-in. I had been comparing prices through Carfax and the price I ended up paying for the Colorado was VERY reasonable, a comparable vehicle would have cost me a lot more at the other local lots. In honesty it is rare to find a dealer ship that tries to go above and beyond the expectations of the customer the minute they walk in the door. Jim had great customer service from the minute he greeted me and my family, when I came in I was in belief that I had no hope of getting another vehicle let it being my first motorcylce!! When jim knew what was going on he jumped right on the ball to get me out the door and smiling on my first motorcycle... Now my family and me are out riding the roads together!! My husband and I have a 1995 Cadillac which we have had for a long time. It is like new and low mileage but being that old it does need service from time to time.
