| Jessica provides administrative support to the Auto Dealer Solutions team. Jessica is a native Floridian and has worked with Auto Dealer Solutions since its conception. Jessica and Ben Shives have been working together for the past 11 years and their combined experience and knowledge of the automotive industry gives them a unique advantage over their competition. Prior to joining forces with Ben, she worked at ABC Tampa Auto Auction in Bradenton, FL where she was responsible for the Fleet/Factory accounts. Over the past 18 years, she has been involved with every aspect of the automotive industry. Jessica developed a special interest in growth and customer relations. Inspired by Ben’s passion and dedication together they set out to change the common view on Used Car Dealerships and their Customer Service. With the support of her husband, Jamie and son Mackenzie and the valued relationship with Ben they worked on the building a dealership based on honesty, integrity and giving back to a community that has supported them. |

| Terry was born in Columbus Ohio, in 1957. Terry graduated from Delaware County Vocational School in 1975, majoring in construction electricity. He was employed by Carter Plumbing Electric and Heating where he was immediately promoted to management. During his 10 years of employment with Carter Plumbing, he began to develop an interest in Sales and Marketing. After successfully becoming an intricate part of the expansion and growth at Carters he decided he wanted to pursue his strengths in Sales and Marketing. In 1986, he joined the Sales Team at Acura of Columbus where he managed the finance department. In 1990, he was offered to move to Florida to manage an automotive franchise operation in Manatee County. Over the years he has expanded his knowledge and recognized his passion in assisting customers in purchasing their vehicles. He has built a revolving base of customers over the past 30 years in the industry because he enjoys interacting with his customers. When he is not passionately selling vehicles he carries his passion to into his active lifestyle. He enjoys fishing, watching Ohio State football, loves NASCAR and INDY Car Racing. He has 5 children, 4 sons and 1 daughter, and currently, has 7 granddaughters. |
